Security questionnaire automation

Conveyor advertises approved knowledge, source citations and review workflows. Its Business pricing starts at $9,600/year; its free trust center does not include questionnaire automation. HyperComply advertises a free first questionnaire. Check scope and current terms directly. Our checker only flags metadata issues, and a spreadsheet is a reasonable free alternative.

Before paying for answer governance

Conveyor also advertises knowledge maintenance and conflict detection. Tribble advertises cross-answer consistency checks and source-linked reviewer workflows. These jobs are already competitive; ProofPacket has no verified advantage over those systems.

For a free starting point, the Trust Package Generator offers an editable answer library and questionnaire matching in its public browser tool. The Security Questionnaire Tools answer-library template includes governance and evidence fields. Evaluate any generated or starter answer against your actual practices. We have inspected their public descriptions, not audited their security or measured their output quality.

A spreadsheet can check approvals and dates; a general AI assistant can help compare provided material, subject to your data policy and review. ProofPacket's possible paid benefit is a repeatable, bounded reconciliation artifact with traceable exceptions. No independent customer has validated that this saves enough work to justify USD 299. The paid hypothesis remains unproven and unavailable.

Why the other paid prototypes are parked

Submittal Builder lists $5-per-submittal launch pricing and advertises O&M workflows; the extracted pricing table does not conclusively identify every O&M plan entitlement. O&M Manuals offers plans starting at £49/month billed annually. A narrow text-only CloseoutKit packet has no demonstrated $299 advantage.

Native Amazon Q, Azure Copilot and Gemini Cloud Assist explain or analyze cloud costs. CostBrief's narrow normalized-export variance report has no demonstrated paid advantage over these or spreadsheets. Native products have their own availability, permissions and pricing; we do not claim all usage is free.
